Hi! I´m Oracle user and I´m starting with Mysql.
I have some problems because Mysql and Oracle are diferent:

In oracle I can declare variables with tablename.columnname%type for declare a variable with the same type of column. In Mysql who can I do?

I´m interested in a manual with the code diferences between Oracle and Mysql, exists?

Thanks and sorry for my bad english level.
