Update Funktion

HI, ich hätte ein Bild. diese Beiden Datensätze gehören eigentlich zusammen. Aber leider weiß ich nicht wie ich diese Daten entweder Gruppieren kann oder eben das ich die Zelle mit NULL in der Mitte den Wert einfügen lasse.

könnt ihr mir da helfen?
