MySQL muestra hora diferente al realizar consultas

Estoy teniendo problemas con un campo DATETIME al realizar la consulta los datos de la hora se muestran adelantados con 4 horas, para verificar la hora de Mysql ejecute el comando select now(); y me da la hora correcta, revise la configuracion region en windows y todo parece ok.
