Alguien puede explicarme?

Alguien fuese tan gentil de explicarme estas lineas?

SELECT cocata1 as clave, identidad, propietario, ubicacion, uso, subuso, st, bvl2tie as tierra, mejoras+detalle as edificacion,cultivo, exencion, grabable as neto, impuesto, totaarea as area,tomo,asiento,folio,numero FROM curlistado INTO CURSOR sumarial

para que sirve el la palabra: AS y tambien que hace la palbra INTO Cursor
