Help! 请问如何解决？

Hello,

I have a forum, after I edit one forum name, the page turned to an error page which suggest me to view error.log of Apache.

I checked the error.log, there are a lot of lines such like this:

[Sat Oct 21 13:38:10 2006] [error] [client 218.74.86.174] \x07Character set '#33' is not a compiled character set and is not specified in the 'c:\\mysql\\share\\charsets\\Index' file, referer: [www.baidu.com]
[Sat Oct 21 13:38:11 2006] [error] [client 61.135.145.216] \x07File 'c:\\mysql\\share\\charsets\\?.conf' not found (Errcode: 22)
[Sat Oct 21 13:38:11 2006] [error] [client 61.135.145.216] \x07Character set '#33' is not a compiled character set and is not specified in the 'c:\\mysql\\share\\charsets\\Index' file

Does anyone know how to resolve this probem?
