Error in my_thread_global_end(): 1 threads didn't exit

Installing AWBS. Win 2003, IIS, MySql v5, PHP v5

I get this error when installing AWBS. I'm new to MYSql and Iv'e researched the issue. But have not found any solution. Could someone please point me in the right direction?
