Don't bother.
Anywhere (and everywhere) you allow these two fields to be changed, you (or somebody else) would have to remember to update the concatenated field as well.
As Rick has suggested, derive this datum when[ever] you need it, just as you would calculate "Age" based on Date of Birth.
