Where is MSVCP90D.DLL?

I cannot get the Debug version of the C++ connector DLL to work. I ran Depends.exe on it and it is telling me that module MSVCP90D.DLL could not be found.

Why does the connector include MSVCP90.DLL in the /opt directory but does not include MSVCP90D.DLL in the /debug directory?
