More info:
I tried to import a backup of table 'users' but got the error "users already exists" but when I tried to delete 'users' I got the error "users doesn't exist"!
Also, when I tried dropping the entire database, I got the error "mysql.proc doesn't exist".
This might be a problem with the entire database being corrupt?
