Re: How to determine if table is locked or corrupted
This seems to suggest that the InnoDB internal schema for the table (stored in the ibdata1 file) is missing. Do you know if anything odd has happened to this file, like accidental deletion? (MySql will recreate if it's deleted.)
In which case I belive your table schema may be lost. Do you have any backups?
