Re: Problem in update command master to master replication
Hello, thanks for the reply, as the questions that made me the answers are below. thank you
MyISAM or InnoDB?
InnoDB
STATEMENT or MIXED or ROW BASED REPLICATION?
I do not know where I can see this information?
SHOW SLAVE STATUS on each machine - do they say Yes and Yes? Or is there a In and an Error?
Slave_IO_Runing = YES
Slave_SQL_Runing = YES
Last_Errno = 0
Last_Error = "
Last_IO_Errno = 0
Last_IO_Error = "
Last_SQL_Errno = 0
Last_SQL_Error = "
Both servers return the above.
It is unwise to write to ambos machine in a dual-master setup. You can create messes like that; They are not easy to fix.
Do not think it's unwise to write on both servers, if not needed to write on both servers I would use replication master to slave, but as I need to write the two I use replication master to master, I think the replication master to master should have a policy correction conflict, or at least provide tools so that we can detect and fix these conflicts.
