Okay trying my best to answer this.
1) version 5.7.12-log MySQL community server (GPL)
2) In my "workbench preferences" it says innoDB under "MySQL" tab, not sure this is what you meant.
3) I do not know where I can find this.
4) it's all default, had to search the file for a bit lol.
5) when exporting a dump file I only tick the self contained option, nothing else. Exactly as on this screenshot.
