I even more than suspect MySql 4.1+ update process to silently destroy (erase) the winmysqladmin-related files...
Since I upgraded (and rebooted), The winmysqladmin three files disappeared from my hard drive... thanks God I had copies...
As this tool seems to be ***very*** hard to find on the Internet, I made a small ZIP file and I'm offering it for download at
http://www.fecj.org/extra/winmysqladmin.zip (844KB, mainly due to the useless documentatioon. Anyway...)
