Urgent-Privileges-MySQL on MAC

Guys,

I have an urgent issue because I am trying to meet a project deadline on Monday.
I have developed a database on MySQL 4.1.9 using Cocoa and MySQL Administration for MAC.

However playing around with the previleges from the Administrator I cancelled my access to the database. How can I get access to the database again? Can I reset the privileges?
