We need a developer/programmer to assist in implementing 5-7 pages to serve as a front door or "wrap-around" for an existing osCommerce shopping cart. We need the ability to post articles & content, invite & accept registered visitor submissions for posting, and allow for some visual control over appearance, formatting, etc. We need a budget solution here, nothing fancy, as we are a Mom & Pop operation.
