Database

Hi! I have a program that is saved in a folder. After adding the database, I found that there isn't any tables in that database. This was done in Linux Redhat through PHP My Admin. I'm sure that the folder is working fine as I could add the database with its tables in Windows. Please let me know what I can do to check on the problem. Could it be my configuration in one of the configuration files? Thank you very much.
