Hi All
I am administering a site from South Africa, the server (PHP on linux apache) is in the USA and has a 6 hour lag. The site is primarily for SA users/ visitors.

Where and how can I set, globally (ideally) the SA times? No doubt the mysql installation services other sites serving other timezones.

I'd like to avoid having to redo all the dates already in place. :)

Any help on this would be top end.
