That worked perfectly. Sort of.. LOL

As it turned out, some of my fname fields contained something like:
JOHN & MARY
Which was converted to:
John & mary

John might not mind but Mary could be less than amused when she receives her mail.

Have also found things like middle initials and name suffixes like III

John r Smith
John Smith iii [this could get complicated]

So what could I have done differently?
