Set Key in DB

Greetings to all

I am an absolute greenhorn what mysql concerns.

I have to create a table with a primary key (auto_increment). That is clear for me. But now it comes. In the same table I have to set an additionas "Key". How do I do that? May somebody be so kind to explain this for me ?

Additional: How do I set a "Key" in a table that hasn't a primary key?

Ich muss in einer Tabelle "primary key" und "key" setzen. Das mit dem
Primary Key ist mir klar (auto_increment), aber wie setze ich in derselben
Tabelle nebst dem "Primary Key" auch noch ein "Key"?

Zusätzlich: Wie setze ich in einer Tabelle welche keinen "Primary Key" hat
einen "Key"?
