Can anyone help me

I can't find an error in the enclosed code but I keep getting a syntex error.

INSERT INTO 'subscribers' VALUES (, 'Kelly Ann Snow', 'asnow2@message3.com', '4/13/2005', '216.155.175.188', , 'VERIFIED', 'Millionaire Maker Newletter', 0, '0000-00-00');
INSERT INTO 'subscribers' VALUES (, 'Karla Chiles', 'gkchiles@verizon.net', '4/13/2005', '66.225.69.99', , 'VERIFIED', 'Millionaire Maker Newletter', 0, '0000-00-00');

Can anyone find the error and let me know I have 10,000 records to import.
