Can MySQL really be used with C#

I have posted a question at this location:

But, I have not received any solution. Will it be fair to say that this can not be done?
I am competing with time and it seems to be running ahead now. I have been running between posts to find a solution but to no avail yet. I guess, I should do a ctrl + Z to SQL Server.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
