How do I allow quering the db not from localhost ?
Hello,
I trying to allow another machine, that's currently inside my lan network 192.168.2.x/24 to query the database.
The mysql 4.0.x server is installed on a x86 linux machine.
I tried to find it in the documentation also but without succes.
Is the some CLI utility I can use, or is it done using a ALTER query on some table, or maybe there is some *.conf file I should edit ?
Thank you for replaying.
Maxim.
