PHPBB2 connection to mysql db issue
Hello all, I keep getting this error message returned:

Now, i've read here ebfore adn changed the passwords bit in my.ini to old_passwords.
I am asuming I am missing some sort of authentication somewhere, but I am very new ot this and don't know where to look. Any and all help gratefully received.
