How can i create tables that having turkish language character

I have a problem in table names. I want to give a name to my table. But i cant.
The name is 'Kişiler'. It have some characters in only turkish language. I change my servers character set to latin5, turkish. Bu tit's not help me. How can i do.

Veritabanımdaki bir tablonun adını kişiler olarak değiştirmek istiyorum fakat kabul etmiyor. Oysaki sunucumun karakter setini latin5 olarak değiştirdim. Neden kabul etmiyor. SQL syntax error diye bir hata veriyor.. Yardımlarınızı bekliyorummçç
