I decided to restore my backup, since I could not find a clue.
In my database directory (sql5.0\data\<database> I see a lot of frm files and only 1 MYD and 1 MYI file.
My Wiki is working fine & in Sql5.0 Administrator I can see that lots of tables are filled with records.
So: Where are my data?
I can see that the table which has a MYD, MYI file is of type MyIsam, while all other tables are of type InnoDb. Are all InnoDb tables stored in the ibdata1 file?
I'd like to know cause I want to be really sure that the data I'm missing now (about half a year) is not sitting silently somewhere else in my laptop.
