Not sure if you read the wrong thread and then answered on my post, Not anywhere in my post does it say 192.168.1.4
Anyway, none of my machines changes IP. my server always have 192.168.0.11 and my client always have 192.168.0.13. I wouldn't mind though that my whole subnet has access to the sql server. It might even be a good thing. However. I don't know where to change these settings. I'd like some more detailed instructions if it's possible. I'm not fluent in Linux.
