Hi Shantanu,

Have just got back from the Xmas break and read your post. Just tried it and it worked perfectly - thanks. I must admit that when I first looked at your response I thought I was going to get a value which incremented throughout the contents of the table rather than resetting itself to 1 for each new email address it came across.
