Yes, Problem is only the first query
You can test these with fire bug or any pagespeed tool when you go on my website (http://www.HDsports.at)
my hoster maked a mysql-slow-log file for me, but there i found no reason, what can do the long waiting time
if you like i can upload these file or send it to you
