I am a Linux Ubuntu Mint user. uname -a yields
"Linux 4.4.0-43-generic #63-Ubuntu"

I have installed mysql via apt. mysqladmin -p<password> version yields
mysqladmin Ver 8.42
Distrib 5.7.16 for Linux on x8L_64

Server Version 5.7.16-0ubuntu0.16.04.1
Protocol Version 10
Connection Localhost via Unix Socket
Unix socket /var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock

I am using "Linux Mint 18 Sarah".

My problem is that:

I AM UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL "DBI.pm".

I have tried to do download and install DBI.pm as "root" using the command

perl -MCPAN -e 'install B
