No there is a composite key. So one for System column and one for Signal_id column as if there wasn't for two columns there would be missing data.
Ah,like I said I don't have access to the network and cant log in now. But I know for a fact there was more than one key (believe when its more than one its Composite Key. Sorry for my bad SQL lingo..)
