Are you sure you contacted the correct product team?

There are many "gui tools" out there for working with MySQL databases. We (the MySQL team at Oracle) do not create, maintain, or publish one called "MySQL GUI Tools". Here is our list of products, as a reference:

Also, this is a free support channel. It is peer-driven, mostly by the community.

Some of us who actually work for MySQL do find an occasional time slot to visit here to make sure that actively bad information or advice is NOT being shared and to try to pickup any dropped balls should they happen.

It is entirely possible that nobody else has heard of the product you are using, either, and this is why you never got a reply.
