thanks for the reply.
right, forgot the group by...
since your last message I corrected
my sql statement.

again... 0 result.

But I knew there was something wrong with
the web data manipulation (insert into the database)
and I finally found yesterday there was a \n\r in the
provider field submitted to the DB.

forgot to php trim my submitted field.

rules 1.:
always clean the garbage before submitting
to the database...

Now as Nov. 4 everything is working and I can continue
my project.

The probe for notification is a C libmysql under Linux
with help from a Cron job (15sec probe).
