Re: MySQL Server on MAMP-Windows Will Not Start
I have no data and am free to uninstall it. And, I do need to use MAMP for an online course. However, I have uninstalled and reinstalled MAMP several times, only to still have the two mysql instances running. I assume you are speaking of having two sqld instances on port 3307 but on separate IPv4 and IPv6. How am I continually getting two instances when there is only one version on my machine? Does that sql80 service with the "file not found" error have anything to do with this? I realize that I just asked a multitude of questions, but I am willing to follow your instructions. Where do I start?
