Per https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/8.0/en/create-procedure.html, a parameter to a stored program must be one of the MySQL column types, so no, you can't do this.

What you can do is to pass the name of the table as one of the MySQL string types. To make use of it in the SP, use a prepared statement.
