AFAIR you can find old server's MySQL version on the top of the backup file where the program which creates the backup puts some critical information about versions, dates, etc.

About the error - check does the account 'onlinea2'@'localhost' is current one, and does this account have enough privileges for to access all tables mentioned in the query. If your current account is another one I recommend you to create this account and authenticate with it. It is possible that it is used somewhere else, including the site code, including hardcoded value, and account change may result in the problems in another places, and not only on the MySQL side.
