How are you trying "SHOW GRANTS"?
I can do it on your server, logged in as you.
mysql> show grants \G
*************************** 1. row ***************************
Grants for Mike@%: GRANT USAGE ON *.* TO 'Mike'@'%'
*************************** 2. row ***************************
Grants for Mike@%: GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON `test02db`.* TO 'Mike'@'%'
*************************** 3. row ***************************
Grants for Mike@%: GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON `ccprocess`.* TO 'Mike'@'%'
3 rows in set (0.15 sec)
