Importing a database

Hello everyone.

I created a database X under Lamp, which was perfectly viable, but my Ubuntu partition was damaged.
However, I was able to recover the IMAP data file folder (myd, myi, sdi) (unfortunately I had not done any export...).

I am now on Windows where I'm using Laragon.
I imported the entire folder in question alongside others created in Laragon.
But the database tools (PhpMyAdmin, HeidSQL) do not recognize the database X (it is not in the list).

Is there a way to force one of these applications to "see" my X database? Or other ways to act?
