Newbie to mySQL

Brand new to mySQL Workbench. Have been using DB Browser for SQL Lite. Mac M2 15inch. When writing queries in DB Browser, as I am typing, a list of column names and or tables pops up and is very legible and selectable. When I attempt to duplicate in mySQL Workbench, Just a table will appear from dropdown list and usually has … (dots) at the end making it hard to determine which table it is. The columns headers almost never populate unless I’m toward the end of the query. Is this normal behavior for Workbench or am I missing something? DB Browser for SQL Lite is a lot better displaying column headers. Anyways, thanks for help the newbie!
