https://www.mysql.com/support/supportedplatforms/database.html indicates that Windows 10 is a supported platform and does not distinguish between sub-versions, so I would say "I don't see why it wouldn't work".

As always, it is best to determine how well MySQL, your data, and your applications get along on the new platform by running them on a test copy of the new OS before migrating. If you don't have an extra physical machine to do this on, then install the new OS, MySQL, data, and any related applications in a VM under something like VirtualBox and test the new setup there.
