Changing database collation from utf8_bin to utf_swedish_ci

Hi!

I am admin of a vBulletin forum. Unfortunatly the database is in utf8_bin and I have to (for several reasons) convert it into utf8_swedish_ci. Exactly how do I do this? With search and replace? If so, in what editor? Please provide me with the steps to take care of this issue.
