Please look into the installation directory. There is a command line tool grtsh.exe located there and you can use to run the script.

Use grtsh ? to get a list of options. Most likely you want to run

grtsh -x filename.lua

We will add detailed documentation about how to use and modify the scripts in the near future. To get infos about Lua, http://lua-users.org/wiki/TutorialDirectory is a good start. That will help you to get solid in Lua in 30mins. The official site is http://www.lua.org/home.html

Btw. you can also access the GRT Environment Shell directly from within the Migration Toolkit by pressing Ctrl + Alt + Enter or selecting Tools > GRT Environment Shell from the main menu.
