Thanks for this. For my particular needs it takes me two or three minutes to dump all my raw data to CSV using SQL Server's bcp tool, and about the same to load the data back into MySQL. I can then manipulate the data as I see fit with some shell script giving me a turnaround time of around 10-15 minutes for the entire data set... which is about the same as the migration toolkit took to shift a single table in its basic format.
