Syncronization of data between MYsql and MS SQL:Urgent

Hi!
I have to keep our mssql server (on win 2003) in sync with mysql database hosted on linux server.The scenario of this is as under.There is a table in mysql tblA.End user enters records to this table ,update the records,frequently.Similarly there is a table in mssql say tblA.Now I have to do something like mssql pulls the new record from mysql tbl and insert it into mssql tbl.Pls respond as this is very urgent.The deadline is approaching soon.:(
