Migration Toolkit crashes - urgent - please help!

Windows 2003 server, mySql 4.1.12, Migration Toolkit 1.0.7. When I launch the toolkit, it goes through the wizaed without error until I try to select the Access database file. When I click the browse button, it immediately crashes with an applicaiton error -
Instruction at "0x04e5b62c" referenced memory at "0x04e5b62c". The memory could not be "written". Click OK to terminate. Doing so closes the Migration Toolkit completely.
This is a clean install, no upgrades have been done to any mySQL component. I'm on as an admin, and have the latest Java VM from java.com.
Your help is GREATLY appreciated.
