MySQL: migrate to an older Version

Hello,
I want to migrate my database from MySQL 4.1.12a-nt to MySQL 3.23.58
I've created the dumpfile, but when importing I get an error message.
What do I have to do?

PS: about a German answer I'd be very lucky, but I won't say no to an English one ;)
