I can't find the migration toolkit in workbench 5.2 CE

Hi,

maybe I'm blind or only doesn't know how to handle this workbench tool.
I try to follow this article:
http://dev.mysql.com/doc/migration-toolkit/en/mysql-migration-toolkit-indepth-welcome.html

But this is the standalone migration toolkit!? Does the workbench toolkit includes the migration toolkit? How to use there, is there any documentation? I can't find it.

Another Question: I only want to get a dump of a MSSQL Database in MySQL Syntax. Is this possible or can the migration toolkit (or workbench) only do its work if there exists an mysql Database?
