Access97->MySQL using OS X Migration Toolkit?

I have a bbs using Access 97/ASP which I need to convert to MySQL. Unfortunately I am not familar with Access.
1. Is Access 97 supported by the Migration Toolkit?
2. Which username and password are being requested by the Migration Toolkit? Unlike MySQL applicaitons, when I installed the forum software, there was only an admin username/password.
3. What is the "Connection string"?
