Please look at
C:\Documents and Settings\[USERNAME]\Application Data\MySQL\Common Options.xml
The contents of the file should be something like this
<?xml version="1.0"?>
<data>
<value type="dict">
<value type="string" key="DefaultFontHeight">13</value>
<value type="string" key="DefaultFontName">Tahoma</value>
</value>
</data>
Increase the DefaultFontHeight to get larger fonts. 13 should be ok on most systems.
