Hi Anjum:

This seems like a bug in our code. Can you please file a bug report in http://bugs.mysql.com providing the Microsoft SQL Server script that contains the relevant CREATE TABLE statements so that we can reproduce and fix it?

I'll keep you updated here about the progress and patches for this.
