Hi,
You can select what tables do you want to import in 'Source objects' step, in 'Target Creation Oprions' step mark checkbox 'Keep schemas if they are already exists...'. Also if you need more advanced control of migration process you can mark checkbox 'Create SQL script file' in 'Target Creation Oprions' step, manually edit that file and later execute in MySQL.
